At Soulescence, each item is thoughtfully prepared to support your journey through the 6 Master Keys of Transformation. Because many of our products are handcrafted, consumable, or energetically prepared, we maintain the following return guidelines.

All Sales Are Final

At this time, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• change of mind
• incorrect product selection
• opened and used items
• consumable products such as chocolate or herbal teas
• spiritual services or readings

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery here: Contact Us

Include:

• your order number
• photos of the damaged item
• a brief description of the issue

If approved, we will gladly offer:

• a replacement item
• store credit


Readings & Spiritual Services

All intuitive readings and spiritual services are non-refundable once purchased, as they involve preparation and reserved time.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your reading, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

We will happily move your appointment to another available time.

Appointments missed without notice or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for rescheduling.
